What a PMS can do with Tatallo today, and what is still to come.
The Tatallo PMS API lets a property management system (PMS) see the Tatallo properties that its hosts have connected to it. It is a server-to-server API: your PMS calls Tatallo with a PMS credential issued by Tatallo, and Tatallo answers with JSON.
Engineers at PMS providers who want to map their hosts’ listings to Tatallo properties. If you are a host, ask Tatallo to connect your properties to your PMS: Tatallo staff connect each one with your agreement.
Version 1 is a small, read-only API. With a PMS credential you can:
Check that Tatallo is reachable (GET /v1/health).
See which account, environment and scopes your PMS credential belongs to (GET /v1/me).
List the properties your hosts have connected to your PMS (GET /v1/properties).
Read one of those properties (GET /v1/properties/{propertyId}): its permanent ID, name, IANA timezone, status, country, city, maximum guests, currency and last update time.
A property is visible to your credential only after its host has connected it to your PMS. Anything else answers as if it did not exist. There are two servers: production (https://api.tatallo.com) and staging (https://staging.api.tatallo.com). Staging holds synthetic properties only, so you can build and test without touching real listings.
Not available yet: units, ARI (availability, rates and restrictions), quotes, reservations, and webhooks. They are planned, but they are not part of the API contract today. Please don’t build against them until they appear in the API reference.
Request access from Request access: start with staging, then ask for production after your first successful staging call. Tatallo reviews every request and delivers every PMS credential through a one-time secret link, never by email. For support, write to hello@tatallo.com.
