Email developers@tatallo.com for anything about the Tatallo PMS API: access, keys, errors, rotation, or a question these pages don’t answer. Include:
  • the request ID (X-Request-Id) of the failing response;
  • the environment (staging or production);
  • the time of the request, with its time zone (UTC is easiest);
  • the endpoint and the HTTP status you received.
Never send a PMS credential, by email or otherwise: the credential_id from GET /v1/me is enough for Tatallo to find your key. For a security issue, see Reporting a vulnerability.
