Data ownership

What Tatallo shares with your PMS, and what it never shares.

A property’s data belongs to its host. The host decides whether to connect a property to your PMS, and can disconnect it at any time; from then on your PMS no longer sees it.

What is shared

For each property connected to your PMS, only what you need to map it to your own listing:

id, name, timezone, status, country, city, max_guests, currency and updated_at. See Properties.

What is never shared

• the property’s address and map coordinates;
• its prices, fees and house rules;
• any guest data;
• the host’s contact details or account information.

Properties not connected to your PMS are never shared in any form: not even whether they exist.

Your data

Version 1 is read-only: your PMS sends Tatallo no data beyond its requests. Tatallo records when each PMS credential was last used, to run and secure the API, and never logs your key.
