A property is a place a host offers on Tatallo: an apartment, a house, a hotel. Through the Tatallo PMS API your PMS sees only the properties your hosts have connected to it.
A property is not necessarily one room or one unit. A house is one place, while a hotel has many rooms under one property. The Tatallo PMS API v1 doesn’t expose units yet (see the roadmap), so map a property only to the listing in your PMS it corresponds to, and don’t assume a grain Tatallo hasn’t promised.

Fields

Nothing else about a property is shared. In particular, the API never exposes its address, coordinates, prices, house rules or the host’s contact details.

Status

New statuses are never added silently: a change to this list follows the versioning policy of /v1.

Which properties you see

A property is visible to your PMS credential only once its host has connected that property to your PMS. A property that isn’t connected, was removed, or never existed answers 404 property_not_found, the same in every case. When a host disconnects a property, or pauses their connection to your PMS, it disappears from your list and answers 404 from the next request.
